Role Purpose:
We are looking for an FX Dealer to join our team in Dublin. The role will assist MTL in Dublin by managing corporate & SME clients and facilitate access to our services and FX product offering. In this role you will focus on developing high quality relationship management of our existing customer base.
Role Responsibilities:
Sourcing quality new leads and building a portfolio of clients
- Source leads to corporate organisations that deal in international payments
- Identify and contact key decision makers
- Present Moneycorp’s strong proposition to prospects
- Manage the client on-boarding process from start to finish
- Build a meaningful portfolio of clients
Relationship Management
- Professionally manage all aspects of our relationships with our clients including information flows, deal execution, payment administration and all queries that clients may have from time to time
Support Growth of Team Capabilities
- Help with upskilling the Dealing Desk
- Identify opportunities within existing client book
- Support new business growth by using experience and knowledge
- Demonstrate best practice to promote high standards and effective ways of working
- Work with team members to support consistent high team performance
Compliance
- Ensure accurate data input on both dealing and D365 systems
- Escalating client complaints in accordance with company guidelines
- Maintain records of all client contact including telephone calls, inbound or outbound written contact
- Ensure Company procedures and high standards are always followed. With particular focus upon KYC procedures and accurate maintenance of all CRM records, particularly client follow up calls
- Be aware of Anti-Money Laundering procedures and report any suspicious transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in financial services, treasury environment or FX dealing experience
- Demonstrable experience of working towards financial targets
- Relationship building with people at varying levels of seniority
- Working within a multichannel environment (e.g. telephone, email, face to face)
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a changing environment
- Good organisational skills including prioritisation
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Proficient in CRM, EXCEL & Word
- Influencing, persuading and negotiating skills
- Commercial acumen
Education / Qualifications:
- A relevant 3rd level qualification is a preference
